Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to use automated inventory system.
• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to operate a forklift and electric pallet jack.
• Ability to maintain electronic files for auditing.

Responsibilities

• Receives and verifies textbook deliveries.
• Verify accuracy of shipments and record discrepancies.
• Load and unload textbook delivery trucks; deliver to campuses.
• Retrieve out-of-adoption textbooks; sort and palletize for disposal.
• Record received textbooks in the instructional material database.
• Apply tracking barcodes to district materials.
• Conduct campus audits using Tipweb.
