The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience, strong leadership skills, and a background in water-related practices. This position offers the flexibility to work from any water office in Texas with travel required for projects.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of professional experience in related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex water projects.
• Successful experience in responding to RFQs and RFPs.

Responsibilities

• Identify growth opportunities in municipal and state water markets.
• Develop and manage the Texas marketing and business development plan.
• Oversight of complex water projects delivery.
