Job summary

GBA seeks a highly experienced Principal – Texas Wastewater Leader in Austin to drive strategy, market growth, and client relationships across Texas. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, deliver high‑impact wastewater projects, and guide financial performance while mentoring senior leaders to ensure long‑term success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• PE license required; Texas license or ability to obtain Texas licensure.
• 15+ years in wastewater/utility infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading leaders, PMs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong background in municipal wastewater systems.

Responsibilities
