Job summary

GBA is seeking a Principal – Texas Wastewater Leader to provide strategic, technical, and business leadership for our Wastewater Treatment practice across Texas. This executive role drives market growth, strengthens client relationships, and guides high-performing teams.

You’ll lead strategy, advance projects from planning through implementation, mentor staff, and ensure quality and regulatory compliance. Travel up to 50% and travel to client sites in Central Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required; Texas PE license or ability to obtain Texas licensure.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in wastewater treatment and utility infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy and market growth for Texas wastewater practice.
• Develop and manage client relationships with municipalities and utilities.
• Oversee project delivery from planning through implementation and QA.
