• Salary/Pay Rate: $95,000 - $100,000 per year (plus Performance-Based Bonus and Profit Sharing)
• Location: Pflugerville, TX (Client mainly in Austin Metro Area 10% overnight travel)

In this role, you will bridge site management and project administration, taking full operational ownership of commercial builds. You will drive financial performance, sub-contractor relations, and site execution for a growing industry leader. Your leadership will directly shape project quality while expanding Trinity's footprint across key markets.
