Trinity Search Group is representing multiple privately owned commercial general contractors in the Dallas–Fort Worth market, seeking experienced Senior Preconstruction Managers to join growing teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of commercial construction experience with strong preconstruction and estimating background.
• Experience as a Senior Preconstruction Manager, Senior Estimator, Preconstruction Manager, or similar role.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction from conceptual design through GMP, pricing, and buyout.
• Develop detailed conceptual, schematic, design development, and construction estimates.
• Establish and maintain project budgets through the design process.
• Review plans and specs for constructability, cost, and risk; manage VE and cost savings.
• Solicit and negotiate subcontractor and vendor proposals; develop schedules.
• Mentor junior estimators and preconstruction staff; improve estimating processes.
