Job summary

GFT is seeking a TxDOT Client Service Leader to join our Transportation Group in Texas. This hybrid role requires regular attendance at Texas offices and offers involvement in transformative transportation projects, including highways, bridges, and multimodal systems.

The CSL leads business development, builds client trust, mentors staff, and collaborates with senior leaders to pursue opportunities, plan captures, and deliver projects with strong client relationships across Texas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Minimum of 15 years' progressive experience in business development or TxDOT-related roles.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Texas.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development and growth for TxDOT in Texas.
• Lead multidisciplinary client service teams and coordinate across districts.
• Maintain TxDOT opportunity pipeline and precertifications.
• Develop capture plans and manage proposals and interviews.
• Build relationships with TxDOT leadership and stakeholders statewide.
