Job summary

Jobot seeks a Senior Traffic Engineer to expand and lead the traffic practice within our transportation group. You will shape strategy, oversee project delivery, and mentor staff while developing client relationships across multiple states.

Ideal candidates have 15+ years in transportation design, a PE license in Texas, and a proven track record in growing engineering teams with business development focus. This role offers a hybrid schedule in a multi-state environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of experience designing transportation projects focusing within traffic.
• PE licensed in Texas.
• Track record of developing and growing engineering groups and establishing relationships.
• Ability to manage and mentor staff at all levels, with business development experience.
