Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• At least four years of full-time leadership experience in camp ministry.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and Sky Ranch values.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook; basic internet and social media skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership to Texas Summer Camp Ministry and direct reports.
• Develop and deliver staff training aligned with LifeMap and values.
• Ensure safety and spiritual growth of campers through high-quality programming.
• Plan, forecast, and manage budgets for Texas overnight summer camp programs.
• Recruit, train, and supervise over 850 summer staff across locations; oversee staff development and placement.
• Collaborate with Operations and Sales/Marketing to support camp programs and promotional materials.
