Job summary

The Director – Service, Texas at JCB is responsible for providing strategic leadership and execution of Product Support and Service operations across the Texas region. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in service, product support, aftermarket, or operations.
• 7+ years of experience leading multi-location teams or dealer networks.
• Proven ability to drive service excellence and revenue growth.
• Strong business acumen and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional Product Support strategy.
• Lead dealer service performance initiatives and improve uptime.
• Provide executive oversight of warranty administration and product support.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing teams to address issues.
