Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Regional Safety Manager to own the Health and Safety function for a Texas multi-cluster data center portfolio. You will lead a team of Health & Safety Managers, shaping safety strategy, processes, and governance while partnering with engineering, security, compliance, and operations to sustain a best-in-class safety culture.

You will drive investigations, risk assessments, and safety training across sites, ensure regulatory compliance, and plan a workforce

Formación

• Experience in conducting workplace risk investigations.
• Experience leveraging technology to drive process improvements.
• Experience managing direct reports and leading teams in safety programs.
• Bachelor's degree plus 6+ years in occupational health and safety, compliance, governance, audit, or risk management.
• Preferred: CSP/ASP or other safety credentials; OSHA knowledge (29 CFR 1904) and incident investigation methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Own the safety strategy for a multi-cluster portfolio of Texas data centers.
• Manage and develop a team of Health & Safety Managers across sites.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze safety metrics, drive improvements, and report on trends to leadership.
• Collaborate with Facilities, Construction, Security, and Legal to drive safety controls at scale.
• Plan for growth and succession to support rapid portfolio expansion.
