Job summary

Volunteers of America Texas is seeking a Director of Re-Entry Services to oversee statewide programs, ensure policy compliance, and align services with funding requirements. You will lead senior staff, manage budgets, and develop strategic plans for growth and collaboration with external partners.

The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and experience in program development, contracting, and QA coordination. Travel across Texas and occasional evenings/weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field plus five years directly related experience or equivalent.
• Master’s Degree in a relevant field plus three years directly related experience.
• Requires minimum two years of supervisory experience and leadership in a residential program desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee statewide Re-Entry programs for Volunteers of America Texas.
• Ensure compliance with policy, licensing, and funding requirements.
• Lead staff development, budgeting, and contract administration.
• Develop strategic plans for program growth and collaboration with partners.
• Coordinate with QA and funding agencies for audits and program monitoring.
