Job summary

Volunteers of America-Texas seeks a Director of Re-Entry Services to oversee statewide Re-Entry programs, ensuring compliance with policy, funding guidelines, and high-quality service delivery. You will manage budgets, supervise staff, and develop strategic plans across facilities throughout Texas.

The role requires leadership to build partnerships with funders and community agencies, and to promote VOA-Texas mission while guiding program development and adherence to regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field with supervisory experience.
• Experience in program administration, policy development, and contract administration.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and lead multiple programs across sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Re-Entry programs statewide, ensuring compliance with policy and funding guidelines.
• Develop annual program goals and oversee budget preparation and forecasting.
• Lead staff supervision, development, and performance management.
• Collaborate with funding agencies, regulatory bodies, and community partners.
• Ensure programs meet licensing, regulatory, and accreditation requirements.
