Qualifications

• Leadership to guide multidisciplinary teams within residential or community settings.
• Deep grounding in trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, program metric design, and advocacy.
• Ability to pass necessary background checks and secure facility entry.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the Therapist, Case Manager, House Manager, and After Care Case Manager, ensuring trauma-informed, therapeutic care.
• Lead interdisciplinary team meetings to review resident progress and refine care plans.
• Conduct outreach and intake interviews at local jails and correctional facilities to evaluate candidates.
• Cultivate relationships with judicial officials, public defenders, probation officers, and correctional administrators to streamline referrals.
• Define, track, and analyze key program metrics and outcomes to present impact reports to leadership.
