MaxHealth MSO, a Texas-based, tech-enabled Family/Internal & Sports Medicine clinic, seeks a primary care/direct primary care provider to lead a collaborative team. Our practices span Austin, Dallas–Fort Worth, Houston, and San Antonio, offering direct primary care plus nutrition, injury recovery, and brain health services.

You will participate in patient care delivery, care coordination, and leadership initiatives while embracing a consumer-forward approach.

Formación

• Texas medical license required.
• Board certification or active board eligibility for specialty.
• Ability to lead and communicate effectively with staff and patients.

Responsabilidades

• Assess patients and develop care plans to achieve outcomes.
• Support access to care and efficient practice management.
• Provide leadership for practice and community relations.
