MaxHealth MSO, a Texas-based network, seeks a primary care/direct primary care physician to lead a collaborative team across Family, Internal and Sports Medicine. The role emphasizes innovative, tech-enabled care and patient-centered services beyond traditional models.

You will support practice management, deliver high-quality care, and help advance direct primary care initiatives. A Texas license and board eligibility/certification are required; relocation before starting is necessary.

Qualifications

• Current Texas medical license required.
• Board certification in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Direct Primary Care or eligibility.
• Strong leadership, teaching and communication skills.
