Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong negotiating, written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to move pending cases forward independently and to litigate when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop all assigned cases.
• Ascertain relevant facts and discuss all aspects of claims.
• Secure authorization to sign up, decline or further evaluate a claim.
• Explain attorney-client contract.
• Sign up cases in and out of the office on a rotational schedule.
• Handle after-hours calls and secure new client sign ups as needed.
• Update case status with status letters.
• Meet with clients when needed.
• Return all client calls by end of business day.
• Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered.
