Excellent communication, analytical, and negotiation skills are essential for fast-paced case advancement. The role involves independently moving cases, handling sign-ups, and litigating when necessary.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
• 1–2 years of litigation experience.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Self-motivated with strong negotiating skills and ability to move cases forward independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop all assigned cases.
• Ascertain relevant facts and discuss all aspects of PNC’s claims.
• Secure authorization to sign up, decline or further evaluate claims.
• Explain attorney-client contracts.
• Sign up cases in and out of the office on a rotational schedule.
• After-hours calls to secure new client sign ups via DocuSign where needed.
• Update case status with client letters as required.
• Conduct client meetings if needed and respond by end of business day.
• Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered.
