Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited law school.
• In good standing with the State Bar of Texas.
• 1–2 years of personal injury litigation preferred.
• Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills.
• Ability to move cases forward independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop all assigned cases.
• Ascertain relevant facts and discuss all aspects of claims.
• Obtain authorization to sign up, decline or evaluate claims.
• Explain attorney‑client contract.
• Sign up cases and cover rotational schedule.
• Handle after-hours client calls and sign ups as needed.
• Update case status with letters to clients.
• Meet with clients as needed.
• Maximize case values and attorney fees recovered.
