Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.

• Member in good standing of the Texas State Bar.
• 1–2 years of personal injury litigation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and develop all assigned cases.
• Ascertain relevant facts and discuss all aspects of the claims.
• Secure authorization to sign up, decline or further evaluate claim.
• Explain attorney-client contract and sign up cases in/out of the office.
