Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent to coordinate all on-site activities for large construction projects in Texas. You will assist craft supervision, manage equipment and crew resources, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance on site.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in a General Superintendent role and 8+ years in industrial/construction experience, with proficiency in HCSS, Primavera P6, Viewpoint, and heavy bid estimating.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent and 8+years of experience in construction of industrial & Commercial projects is required.
• 5+years of experience as a General Superintendent overseeing multiple craft trades is required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Applicants with a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management are encouraged to apply.
• Applicants with completion of OSHA or equivalent safety training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Assign and coordinate all trade field assignments with the needs of various projects.
• Support Superintendent throughout the duration of the job.
• Review project schedules with Superintendents/Foreman; ensure critical activities remain on schedule.
• Document project field issues that impact budget, quality, or schedule.
