Job summary

Loenbro is seeking a General Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects from the field. You will mentor field leadership teams, ensure staffing and resources meet contract requirements, and drive performance across multiple locations on a strongly on-site basis.

You will serve as the technical authority on drawings, specs, and submittals, manage planning, budgeting, and scheduling, and uphold safety and quality standards while collaborating with clients and trades to achieve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field or equivalent leadership experience.
• Minimum 5+ years of superintendent experience on large ground-up projects valued at $50M+.
• Proven track record delivering complex construction projects (data centers, healthcare, infra, high-rises).
• Thorough knowledge of building codes, standards and regulatory requirements.
• Strong contract interpretation, scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Ability to review drawings, specs, submittals, RFIs to ensure project execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for large-scale projects, mentoring field teams across locations.
• Manage project execution per contract terms, scope, and owner expectations.
• Act as technical authority on drawings, specs, data, submittals, RFIs, and constructability.
• Lead planning and controls: preconstruction, budgeting, forecast, procurement, schedule, weekly look-ahead.
• Champion safety, quality, and operational excellence per company policies and standards.
• Collaborate with clients, PMs, engineers, subs to resolve challenges and drive outcomes.
• Demonstrate leadership and problem-solving to manage multiple complex projects concurrently.
