Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Managed Care Contracting Liaison to strengthen Texas SNF payer partnerships and support reimbursement success.

You will negotiate contracts, analyze terms, maintain a contract matrix, and coordinate with MCOs, Medicaid STAR+PLUS, Medicare Advantage plans, and CMS rules.

This full-time, on-site role offers comprehensive benefits and opportunities to influence network participation and access to high quality patient care in Texas.

Competenze

• 3+ years of experience in managed care contracting, payer relations, or healthcare reimbursement.
• Working knowledge of Texas Medicaid STAR+PLUS and HHSC contracting requirements.
• Experience negotiating payer contracts and rate exhibits.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.

Mansioni

• Support contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments for Texas SNFs.
• Maintain a contract matrix with terms, dates, and renewal deadlines.
• Build and manage payer relationships with MCOs and Medicare Advantage plans.
• Analyze terms using cost data, payer mix, and market benchmarks.
• Coordinate with legal and compliance on contract language and regulatory changes.
