• Lead payer contracting strategy, negotiations, renewals, and escalations.
• Design and monitor value-based care arrangements and alternative payment models.
• Forecast revenue, assess reimbursement performance, and report to executives.
• Oversee payer enrollment activities and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with finance, revenue cycle, compliance, and analytics teams.
