Job summary

Integral Care in Texas seeks a Contract Manager to oversee contracting, provider network development, quality assurance and regulatory compliance for external providers. This role manages the full lifecycle of contracts, from procurement and onboarding through monitoring and renewal, collaborating with internal teams and community partners.

Key duties include ensuring regulatory compliance, performing site reviews, maintaining records for oversight agencies, and training providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human/Behavioral/Social Services or related field.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Hours: Full-Time; Workdays: Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Oversee complex contracting and provider network development.
• Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance for external providers.
• Manage full contract lifecycle from procurement to renewal.
• Monitor performance, conduct site reviews, and maintain records.
• Provide technical assistance and training to providers.
• Participate in strategic planning to expand networks and implement best practices.
