Job summary

Hartline Barger LLP is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney in Dallas to handle a trial-practice caseload across personal injury, product liability, and commercial matters. You will defend and manage cases from inception through trial, conduct key depositions, and collaborate with experts while maintaining client contact and adherence to guidelines.

The role requires 3+ years of civil litigation, a Texas JD, and strong writing and advocacy skills.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of civil litigation experience.
• Admitted to the Texas State Bar in good standing.
• Experience taking and defending depositions and drafting motions.
• Strong writing and client communication skills.
• Ability to manage cases with significant exposure and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload from inception through trial or resolution.
• Take and defend depositions, work with retained experts and sit second/first chair at trial.
• Communicate with clients and ensure compliance with outside counsel guidelines.
