Job summary

NACBA in Dallas, TX seeks a Litigation Attorney to join a fast-paced personal injury team. You will direct all phases of litigation, communicate with clients and medical providers, and pursue favorable settlements and trial readiness.

Required Texas license with 3–5 years PI litigation experience; first chair preferred, second chair required; strong deposition/mediation skills; hybrid work and some travel offered.

Qualifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
• 3–5 years of litigation and trial experience in Texas PI cases.
• Experience handling contested motions and depositions.
• Ability to work high-volume docket and multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Direct legal decisions through all phases of litigation.
• Communicate with clients and medical providers for quality care.
• Negotiate personal injury settlements.
• Depose parties and expert witnesses.
• Draft and argue motions; attend mediation and court appearances.
• Prepare for and attend trial as appropriate.
