Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Attend court hearings and prepare pleadings, motions, and correspondence in foreclosure-related matters.
• Supervise paralegal staff and manage contested litigation actions.
• Serve as primary client contact and ensure compliance with regulatory demands.
• Research law and facts applicable to assigned cases and maintain ethical standards.
• Provide guidance and review on legal work product produced by staff.
