Job summary

Avis Budget Group in Dallas, TX is seeking a dedicated Supply Chain Fleet Manager to lead fleet operations under the Zipcar-Via partnership. You will manage in-fleeting and de-fleeting, coordinate with internal teams and vendors, and drive uptime and vehicle readiness.

You will hire, train, and develop a high-performing fleet team while tracking KPIs and optimizing costs to deliver a reliable member experience. This on-site role requires strong leadership and logistics expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in fleet management or related operations.
• Experience managing vendors and teams.
• Strong analytical and ROI mindset.
• Proficient in MS Office and data reporting.
