Job summary

Avis Budget Group in College Park, GA is seeking a Supply Chain Manager to optimize fleet services, repairs, and in-fleeting/de-fleeting of rental vehicles to maximize utilization and profitability.

You will lead maintenance planning, budgeting and forecasting, and manage vendor relationships while collaborating with Fleet owners and operations to drive performance and safety. On-site role requiring strong leadership and financial acumen in a fast-paced rental environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a fleet/auto service environment.
• Strong forecasting, budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and communicates operating plans to maximize fleet utilization.
• Oversees maintenance, repairs and in-fleeting/de-fleeting of vehicles to optimize profitability.
• Manages team performance with KPI tracking and regular reviews.
• Forecasts and budgets key financial drivers (S&W per day, costs).
• Maintains vendor relationships and ensures service levels.
