Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years in customer service or field operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience scheduling a distributed field-based team and using internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Client Services Concierges across Houston and Texas.
• Own daily scheduling, dispatch, and route optimization for a distributed team.
• Coach staff and conduct performance reviews; partner with HR as needed.
• Monitor visit quality, productivity, and scheduling efficiency with regular reports.
• Serve as liaison with Programming/IT for tools and device issues; train staff on tools.
