Job summary

Compu Dynamics in Dallas, TX seeks a Director of Electrical Operations to build and scale the Texas Self-Perform Install Division. You will lead field infrastructure, drive project execution, and ensure safety, quality, and profitability across data-center projects.

You will partner with executive leadership to define growth, build vendor relationships, and align with national standards while mentoring a multi-level team across the Texas market.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial electrical experience including direct management of electricians and field crews.
• 5+ years of progressive leadership experience overseeing superintendents, foremen, and multi-project field ops.
• Texas Master Electrician License or ability to obtain promptly on hire.
• Experience in data center or mission-critical environments is required.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Texas Electrical Self-Perform Install Division; establish team and field processes.
• Drive strategic growth targets, market priorities, and investment milestones for Texas.
• Oversee project execution, safety, schedule, and quality across Texas division projects.
• Manage division budgeting, cost tracking, and financial reporting; support bids and pricing decisions.
• Develop, mentor, and evaluate field leadership; ensure succession and career progression.
• Maintain client relationships; ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and local regulations.
