Job summary

Galaxy Digital is seeking a Site Development Associate to support data center development in and around Waco, Texas. This hands-on role advances sites through entitlement, negotiates with landowners, and coordinates with utilities as part of a growing data center pipeline.

Candidates should have real estate development experience from land acquisition to entitlement, strong communication skills, and a willingness to travel within Texas. Occasional travel to other markets may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate development from acquisition to entitlement.
• Demonstrated work with municipalities or public officials.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead site entitlement efforts including zoning and approvals.
• Serve as primary contact with municipalities and officials on projects.
• Build relations with city/county staff and elected officials.
• Prepare presentations for city councils and boards.
• Identify and help obtain required permits for site development.
• Coordinate with utility providers to confirm capacity and extensions.
• Support land acquisition activities and negotiate with landowners.
• Understand and manage real estate contracts, title, and closing basics.
• Communicate project status and risks to internal teams.
• Travel within Texas for site visits and negotiations.
