Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as a concrete finisher.
• Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork and finishing procedures.
• Experience using ride‑on trowels, screeds, and chemical concrete additives.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new concrete business by calling end users and contractors.
• Cultivate contractor relationships to generate pull‑through sales at job sites.
• Develop and maintain databases of key contractor contacts and monitor construction activity in regions.
• Communicate with District Sales Representatives, Product Managers, and leadership for a unified customer approach.
