Job summary

Multiquip Inc. is seeking a Concrete Application Specialist to drive MQ Whiteman equipment adoption across assigned territories, blending field demos with contractor engagement and business development.

In this field-based role, you’ll showcase equipment on active job sites, build trusted contractor relationships, and collaborate with sales and product teams to expand our presence beyond traditional rental channels.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as a concrete finisher.
• Strong knowledge of concrete flatwork and finishing procedures.
• Experience using ride-on trowels, screeds, and chemical concrete additives.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% with overnight trips.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new concrete business by calling on end users and contractors.
• Cultivate contractor relationships to generate pull‑through sales at job sites.
• Develop databases of contractor contacts and monitor regional construction activity.
• Provide live product demonstrations and explain equipment features clearly.
• Report market feedback and customer insights via CRM (HubSpot).
