Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction is seeking an experienced TACLA Contractor/Mechanical Construction Manager to lead chilled water, mechanical piping, and critical infrastructure projects across Texas. This hands-on role requires strong field leadership, budget and schedule oversight, and close collaboration with Project Managers, engineers, and clients.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• Experience managing field operations, subcontractors, and budgets.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and specs.
• Strong leadership and client relationship skills.
• Texas Class A ACR Contractor License.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of chilled water and mechanical piping construction projects.
• Coordinate and manage Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, codes, and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement project execution plans, staffing, and schedules.
• Monitor productivity, manpower requirements, and installation progress.
• Build strong relationships with owners, GCs, and engineering teams.
• Mentor junior project management and field personnel.
• Promote safety, quality, and commissioning across projects.
