Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction seeks an experienced TACLA Contractor/Mechanical Construction Manager to lead chilled water and mechanical piping projects across Texas. A Texas Class A ACR license is required to supervise field operations and coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and budgets.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, strong communication, and collaboration with project teams, engineers, and clients to meet safety, quality, and schedule goals.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of mechanical construction experience.
• 3-5+ years in project/leadership roles.
• Texas Class A ACR Contractor License.
• Experience with chilled water systems, piping, HVAC infrastructure.
• Ability to read Mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, specs.
• Strong leadership, communication and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of chilled water and mechanical piping projects.
• Coordinate Superintendents, Foremen, subcontractors, and craft personnel.
• Ensure work aligns with drawings, specs, codes and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement project execution and staffing plans; monitor progress.
• Manage budgets, schedules, procurement, and change orders.
• Collaborate with owners, GCs, and engineering teams; mentor junior staff.
