Job summary

Greenberry Industrial Construction seeks a TACLA Contractor/Mechanical Construction Manager to lead chilled water projects across Texas. A Texas Class A ACR license is required, with 8+ years in mechanical construction and 3–5+ years in leadership. You will oversee field teams, schedules and budgets on complex facilities.

The role focuses on central utility plants, data centers and critical systems, collaborating with PMs, engineers and clients to ensure safe, on-time delivery and quality.

Qualifications

• Texas Class A ACR Contractor License is required.
• 8+ years mechanical construction experience.
• 3–5+ years in construction management or leadership roles.
• Experience with chilled water systems and industrial utility systems.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, P&IDs, isometrics and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead field execution of chilled water and mechanical piping projects.
• Coordinate managers, subcontractors and craft personnel.
• Develop execution plans, staffing and schedules.
• Monitor productivity, budgets, and progress.
• Coordinate procurement and change orders.
