Trueline seeks multiple Litigation Attorneys to join teams in Austin, San Antonio, Houston and Dallas. You will independently manage a civil docket in Texas, handling insurance defense, personal injury, transportation, and construction matters as assigned.

The role emphasizes strong discovery, deposition, motion practice, and trial preparation, with opportunities for leadership, mentoring, and meaningful case ownership across Texas.

Qualifications

• Active Texas Bar license in good standing is required.
• 5+ years of substantive civil litigation experience.
• Experience in insurance defense, personal injury, commercial transportation, or related fields preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage an active civil litigation docket across Texas.
• Handle insurance defense, personal injury, transportation, construction defect matters as assigned.
• Develop litigation strategy and risk assessments.
• Draft and respond to discovery, pleadings, motions, and briefs.
• Prepare witnesses and parties for depositions and trials.
• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and other proceedings.
• Mentor junior attorneys and coordinate with support staff.
