Job summary

Harbor Health in Texas is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for physicians, APPs, RNs, LVNs, and other frontline clinical roles across Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and El Paso. You will partner with clinic leadership and hiring managers to source, screen, and hire top clinical talent, supporting Harbor Health's payvider model.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting for clinical roles
• Experience with licensure/credentialing requirements
• Experience across multiple markets in Texas
• Proficient in using UKG ATS

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting process for clinical requisitions across Texas markets
• Source and build candidate pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals
• Screen and assess candidates for licensure, credentials, and cultural fit
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clinic leadership and hiring managers
• Extend offers in partnership with HR and hiring managers
• Coordinate credentialing, pre-boarding, and onboarding steps
