Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Mentor and motivate 50-100 direct report Amazon Associates.
• Lead on the floor to ensure safety, quality, and productivity.
• Adjust staffing as volumes shift and support cross-functional teams.
• Provide coaching and remove roadblocks; report shift performance.
• Ensure timely handoffs and readiness for next shift.
