Job summary

Uncle Julio's in Virginia is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. You’ll prepare and cook menu items to recipe and quality standards while keeping prep areas clean and organized, and you’ll collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth kitchen operations.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of high-volume kitchen experience, proficiency with POS systems, and current state alcohol and food certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a cook in a high-volume kitchen.
• Proficient with POS systems.
• Current alcohol and food certifications meeting state requirements.
• Ability to communicate in Spanish with crew.
• Availability to work evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• Solid knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety.
