Bel Brands in Nampa, Idaho is hiring a Tetra Pak Machine Operator to support our North America team. You will set up, operate, and sanitize high-speed packaging and processing equipment to maximize production capacity, while maintaining strict quality and GMP standards.

This role requires attention to detail, basic math, and English communication. Training on POKA, Fabriq, DigiDocs, and ERP systems will be provided; multiple shifts are available with differential where stated.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical/trade school preferred.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Food industry experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Operate manual and electric pallet jacks.
• Receive and inspect raw materials against specs.
• Open, stage, and pull raw materials through a vacuum system.
• Operate high-speed packaging and processing equipment via touchscreen/HMI.
• Use Production Integrator to create recipes per specifications.
• Track production through dispatching, execution, reporting, and analysis.
• Read schematics/diagrams to monitor machine status.
• Test product quality using pH, viscosity, and related checks.
• Break down machinery for cleaning and sanitation.
