Qualifications

• Experience in packaging or production is preferred.
• Ability to lift 10–25 lbs repeatedly during shifts (10-12 hours).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs as needed.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and complete production paperwork accurately.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality is required.

Responsibilities

• Package, weigh, and palletize cheese products according to production requirements.
• Perform repetitive lifting and handling of products weighing 10-25 lbs throughout extended shifts.
• Verify products are properly sealed, labeled, and placed into the correct containers.
• Prepare packaging materials and ensure accurate labeling for daily production.
• Load and operate packaging equipment at designated speeds while minimizing downtime.
• Weigh and record product weights and complete required production and quality paperwork accurately.
• Maintain production efficiency while ensuring products meet established quality standards.
• Perform cleaning and sanitation duties, including handling cleaning chemicals as required.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to maintain a smooth workflow.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures.
