Job summary

Bel Brands in Nampa, ID is seeking an End of Line Machine Operator for all shifts. You will operate high-speed packaging and palletizing equipment, set up for different sizes, and monitor the end of the line to ensure safe, efficient throughput.

This role requires a high school diploma or GED, mechanical aptitude, basic math, and English communication. A 12-hour shift pattern with differential pay on some shifts is available, with opportunities to grow within manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Technical/Trade School preferred.
• Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Experience in the food industry preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate high-speed packaging and palletizing equipment through touchscreen/HMI.
• Set machine to adjust number of cases for different sizes.
• Reset robotic arm positions after line shutdown.
• Load packaging materials into packaging and palletizing machines.
• Maintain and troubleshoot basic equipment as needed.
• Complete daily paperwork and reports.
• Must be able to work a minimum of 12 hours.
