Module X Solutions in Shreveport, LA, is seeking a Testing Technician Lead to support production through comprehensive equipment testing and troubleshooting. You will diagnose issues, conduct system tests, and provide feedback to improve product quality, serving as a liaison between engineering and production after training.
This role requires hands-on electrical and network testing skills, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and a proactive approach to process improvement.

Monday–Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM. Initial training will be conducted on day shift for approximately 1–2 weeks from 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM. Upon transition to second shift, a $2.00/hour shift differential will be added to the base hourly rate.
The Testing Technician Lead is responsible for supporting production through comprehensive equipment testing and troubleshooting. This includes conducting system tests, diagnosing and resolving issues, and providing critical feedback to improve production and product quality. After an initial training period, the Testing Technician will serve as a liaison between engineering and production teams.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee sometimes works near moving mechanical parts and is occasionally exposed to excessive noise, extreme heat, extreme cold, and heights. When participating in activities on the shop floor, the noise level in the work environment is typical for a fabrication shop and ear plugs may be used as necessary.
