Job summary

Information Technology Strategies, Inc. seeks a Testing Specialist to support the Defense Logistics Agency. You will design and execute comprehensive software tests, including integration and acceptance, and prepare test scripts and data to verify compliance with regulations.

IT-Strat has supported DHS, CBP, ICE, DISA, DLA and others, with multiple government contract vehicles. A strong background in test automation, security considerations, and CI/CD integration is required.

Qualifications

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current NACLC.
• Five (5) years relevant experience.
• Five (5+) years in test automation, including developing test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) or Oracle Testing Manager.
• Hands-on with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).

Summary:

• Client Agency is Defense Logistics Agency
• Provides software testing experience (integration and acceptance).
• Designs and executes IT software tests and evaluates results to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepares test scripts and all required test documentation.
• Designs and prepares all needed test data.
• Analyzes internal security within systems.
• Reviews test results and evaluates for conformance to design.

Requirements:

• Must possess IT-II security clearance or have a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC). (Basic Federal Clearance requirements are U.S. Citizenship, clear criminal history check, no recent or pending bankruptcies)
• Relevant certification from a nationally recognized technical authority.
• Five (5) years relevant experience.
• Five (5+) years of experience in test automation, including developing test scripts and frameworks.
• Experience working with Oracle Application Testing Suite (OATS) or Oracle Testing Manager.
• Experience in computer software development and testing software applications, including system, regression, acceptance, end to end, performance, and automation testing.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or Robot Framework.
• Previous experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, Azure DevOps).
• Knowledge developing and maintaining test cases using designated automated test tools.
