Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff and testing services at their campus.
• Proctors exams in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Maintains a secure testing environment and ensures compliance with vendor requirements.
• Coordinates with vendors regarding issues with exams and data retention.
• Trains staff in proctoring, customer service and data retention.
• Analyzes campus data to improve testing events and develops future strategies.
• Engages with campus departments and events to promote exams and equity of access.
