Job summary

Georgia State University’s Testing Services Department on Newton Campus seeks a Testing Services Coordinator to manage day-to-day operations of the testing center, ensure professional, prompt, and confidential testing services, and maintain testing calendars. You will train staff, monitor performance, generate reports, and work with campus partners and outside vendors to deliver equitable access to exams.

This role requires a Bachelor's degree and relevant experience, and offers generous

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and two years of related experience; or a combination of training and experience.
• Knowledge of testing services, proctoring and security standards.
• Ability to create reports and analyze data to review test offerings.

Responsibilities

• Proctor exams in accordance with policies and guidelines.
• Maintain a secure testing environment and ensure staff comply with vendor requirements.
• Coordinate with vendors regarding issues with exams and data retention.
• Train staff in proctoring, customer service and data retention.
• Use campus data to analyze testing events and develop improvement strategies.
• Work with campus departments to answer test-related questions and promote exams.
• Organize group testing on or off-campus.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
