Job summary

Stride, Inc. is seeking a qualified North Carolina High School CRE Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. This online, full-time role is based in North Carolina but primarily works from a home office. Occasional travel for state testing and events is required.

You will deliver course content online, personalize learning, monitor progress, and collaborate with families and coaches to reach student goals. A current NC teaching license and appropriate certification are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and active state teaching license.
• Ability to clear required background check.
• Eligibility to teach in North Carolina Virtual Academy.

Responsibilities

• Provides engaging synchronous and asynchronous learning experiences for students.
• Personalizes instruction to meet each student's needs.
• Maintains regular communication with families and learning coaches.
• Monitors student progress using the LMS and data to inform instruction.
• Supports test preparation and student readiness for high-stakes assessments.
